A group of Good Samaritans jumped into action to help a woman who suffered a medical episode at a busy Boynton Beach intersection last week, police said.

Guys. Side and rear glass panels in vehicles are tempered glass. They will explode into tiny shards when broken but in order to do that you need a relatively sharp and or heavy object. Like a hammer or a wrench. Don't try to punch it like this guy in the video or like in the movies, highly likely you'll break your hand. Front glass on vehicles are laminated, meaning in the center of two glass pieces there is a laminate to keep the glass together in case of breakage. Also, it's always a good idea to see if any of the doors or windows are unlocked (In the heat of the moment people can't think of these simple things)

She said she had to fast for a medical test and also a reaction with her blood pressure meds made her pass out
