The great thing about "soft skills" like teamwork, empathy, and collaboration is that you can take them with you; they are always in demand, especially by hiring managers and especially now. WSJ, Forbes, and others emphasize them above hard skills. Thinking about doing a video on what they are, with examples.

From my point of view, teamwork is very important in all kind of organizations. Sometimes we want to work in our own space without partners and that makes us unable to achieve our goals. We have to learn teamwork because that is the easiest way to the success.

Here in Argentina we have a bird commonly known as a pirincho. They gather in groups along a branch huddled together to keep warm. New arrivals seem to take the place nearest the trunk of the tree so that the rest have to move sideways to make room. Eventually the one at the end of the branch falls off and flies round to squeeze in near the trunk. The rest all move sideways again to make room. You can watch them for hours!!

I think it was bad teamwork because the team wasn't allowing any diversification. The course of action they took was to gossip and band against another member (who could have added value to their group, such as defense for being bigger) and then implemented a badly thought out planned because they were too focused on disliking a person and ultimately affected their overall well being. (excuse typos and grammar...it's 2 am and I'm sleepy)

I think the bad teamwork is just all the birds support the two birds to make the larger bird fall, which isn't a good thing, yeah usually bad teamwork got to do with either negative goal or some of the members don't do any good/anything at all. But for good teamwork usually means all the members *work together* to get a great goal.
