Here in Jersey they don't do the sirens anymore. Been that way for armrest 10yrs i think. Im 36 n every parade we went to growing up there were sideways sirens n horns n Q's. It seriously makes the parades lame. It would giv me goose bumps everytime. I guess a bunch of younger gen parents make complaints of bn too loud. At a young age n limited exposure the adolescents ears r quite fine. I remember the first time i noticed no sirens n was one of the lastimes. 06 07 bcuz i tried to carry on the tradition of parades with my son
