Your story about the jar left at your door reminded me of one year when my family was struggling. There was a knock at the door and I went to answer it and there was an older gentleman standing at our door. I opened the door and he handed me an envelope and told me it was for my family. I was probably about 15 years old. I went to my parents and gave them what the guy gave me. I did not recognize the man and my family didn't have a clue who it could have been. We ended up going outside to see if we could see the man but we couldn't. He came to our front door which we never used and when we went out there were absolutely no footprints in the snow from anyone. My mom to this day believes it was an angel. Very very magical moment that Christmas.

I have a similar story! My mom was going through cancer treatments and one christmas eve someone knocked on the door, my brother answered and he said someone dressed as santa handed him a big bag full of presents, he didn't recognize the person and when he turned around to thank who ever it was, they were gone! No footprints, nothing! We were never a santa believing family, but I do believe he represents the charity of Christ. Such a cool memory.

I think Alex has grown up to be such a good guy and I love how he was protective of Lucas and loves his siblings. Hearing stories about how he really struggled with controlling his emotions as a kid and seeing the type of person he has developed into today really shows me how good his parents are and how much of an impact they've had.

So Crystal the Mom of Crazy Pieces has a sister named Shelly and Shellys channel is Crazy Middles and Landon is Shellys son. Actually the only biological child of Shelly and Jared (Shellys husband) Shelly has another biological child named Kylie that she had from a previous marriage. And all the other kids from the crazy middles are adopted except Landon and Kylie but theyre obviously all just as much their kids. And Max who is Crystal and Aarons biological oldest son, and Landon are best friends and cousins which is why Landon was over at Crystals house hanging out. Max & Landon are the closest between the two families and Alex from Crazy Pieces and Spencer from Crazy Middles are really close too

Omg your daughters are so beautiful. They all have such upbeat loving personalities. You can tell all your children are happy. It is so special what you are doing for another family. I’m 10 and I have a brother who is 7 and my little sister is 4. My grandma saved us from going to foster care and we still live with her. She is our rock and I don’t no how she does it but we are all happy. She teaches us that it is not about what you have but what you do with what you have. She teaches us that God will always get us through everything. Bless you all.

That’s such a wonderful idea to do a reverse advent. Our family has also been in a situation of not having enough money, and we’ve also been able to bless other families throughout the years. I think it’s so awesome how you are teaching your children to give to others by watching you live out the example. I really admire your family and love how close you all are! ❤️

It was so great hearing your story about struggling and be given that jar of money. I know I had a similar experience but with my school. My mom and I had gotten into a car accident but she couldn't work as she got seriously hurt. We struggled a lot but at that time my elementary school gave us two boxes of stuff that included toys, food, a backpack and many other things. They said, " Santa forgot where you live and brought it here" and we were so happy to be able to take those boxes. We didn't even know how but it is like if they knew what we were going through. So glad to see you doing this and helping others. I hope to do this too when I am older.

We got some snow yesterday here in BC but not that much. Also, I know you guys don’t usually get a lot of snow but i think you should get a snow brush. Just because if the snow is heavy you can actually break your windshield wipers if you turn them on and its covered in snow

We get snow all the time here. Maybe get studs or winter tires every winter just because it definitely will be safer. Especially if the snow plow and salt trucks aren't quick. I have them on the kids cars and ours. It is just to be safe. Congratulations Alex!

I love the money jar idea. Years ago, my husband lost his job when our kiddos were little. We received a call the day following the job loss for a child that needed adopted. Sadly we couldn’t adopt him. 😭 And we struggled for a couple of months. We received a knock on the door one night with a box overfilled with the necessities and many wants as well. We still don’t know who did this for us. But it is one of my best memories of all times. ❤️

We got some flurries today but nothing special. We almost died tonight. Our propane heater caught fire and wouldn’t go out. My life flashed before my eyes. So I needed this vlog. I love y’all!!!
