It’s bcuz clash mini is getting shut down so this guy transferred all of the money he spent on clash mini to brawl stars, that’s why he got this many gems

They are planning to add CM in CR that'why i think this entire thing is a scam . CR started ruining fun outside of the game.

clash mini’s development will finally come to an end after almost 3 years, They will maybe implement the game in clash royale, and if you played or purchased stuff from clash mini, you will get gems, Coins, Etc in CR, Brawl and CoC, the game will still be available for 6 weeks until late April.
