I brisk walk daily and share my results on my WhatsApp status. This morning I decided to stop sharing my results because I just felt like, my friends/contacts don’t need to know that I showed up that day. As long as I know I showed up and reaped the benefits, that’s okay. So to listen to Mpoomy say this here is just so refreshing. ❤

This season of the podcast made me introspect & showed me that i am standing in my way. Also that i wasnt depressed but i was grieving & wanting to reconnect with me. I even took the time to sit & have a completely honest open conversation with myself. I even noticed i was putting so much of my healing & growing on my partner…i loved it so much that i can going back to watch the episodes over & over.

The honesty in this. I love the part about the children and social media. I concur!!!!! Since my siblings and I were young, our parents taught us to question our intention. I have never been that person who shares moments on social media. Each to their own, but I am able to enjoy every moment in my life without putting it out there! Some ppl accuse me of being secretive! I really struggle with people who are not able to respect other people’s privacy and way of life. I would never go to someone’s house, no matter how close we are, and take photos of their home and children without their permission. Some people however, do it without thinking about the consequences thereof.
