Hii. I think writing is everything he shows in this video plus punctuation and text structure, if you read a lot you get most of it. And speaking is just speaking really, the more you do the faster you get better at it. There are forums, communities and apps for that.

I was making that method by myself and your video gave me an awesome option for to practice, in my point of view who make this method to have to understand that they need to be patient, practices for this way it takes time, practice one sentence and develop in several point for example past continue, past simple and it goes to add new elements it takes a time, but I'm sure that it's a great way to learn and practice... Thanks for the advice...

I like how you broke it down to show how to learn and what is most important. I always teach my students to focus on the following verb tenses: present simple, past simple, future simple & with "be going to," present continuous, past continuous, present perfect, and present perfect continuous. IMO, you don't really need to learn other tenses. Also, everyone needs to learn noncount nouns as part of the "essential grammar." :)
