Very worst experience from Lloyd (Havells Brand). I purchased an inverter AC with very low power rating. But there is no cooling inside the room since the AC installed. Almost 1 and half months of usage. No cooling. After 5 days of usage I got the first electricity bill of around ₹2,500/- (previous bills were average ₹800/- only) 3 times raised the complaint through their mobile app and 3 times escalated the same issue through the phone call also. Once the service person came to home and told me that the grill temperature is perfect with cooling. But still the room is not cooling down. We are not sleeping on the AC grill, right? I think the blower is not working or the gas is not filled. What to do? I am planning to file a case against the brand and service centre at consumer court. What is your opinion?

ചേട്ടാ ഒരു സംശയം ഞാൻ എന്റെ വീട്ടിലെ 2റൂമിലേക്കു( 92sqft) 2, 1ton 3star. Ac വെച്ചു. Bluestar ഉം daikin ഉം 2um നല്ല കൂളിംഗ് ഒക്കെ ഉണ്ട്‌. എന്നാൽ 2 റൂമിലും 24 *c temperatur സെറ്റ് ചെയ്ത് വെച്ച് ഒരു 30 മിനിറ്റ് ആയാൽ blustar വെച്ച റൂമിൽ തണുത് വിറക്കും. എന്നാൽ daikin കറക്റ്റ് തണുപ്പാണ്. എന്തുകൊണ്ടാണ്? Temperature ഒക്കെ കറക്റ്റ് ആണ്‌. Bluestar വെച്ച റൂമിൽ തണുത്തു വിറക്കും. Daiken ആണേൽ തണുത് വിറക്കാത്ത തരം കറക്റ്റ് തണുപ്പും ആണ്‌. 2 ഉം വ്യത്യാസം ഉള്ള തണുപ്പ് ആയിട്ടാണ് തോന്നുന്നേ
