Their authentic barbecue starts in their smokers, affectionately named “Cheech and Chong”- because well they're smokin’ all right which is evident from the second you pull into the parking lot.

I've watched an awful lot of BBQ videos and TV shows, but this looks damn amazing. Being in Australia, all I can hope for is they release a cookbook.

Awesome names for the smokers. Im a smoker myself. Hahaha. I was hooked at the thumbnail. Have to try everything. Especially the candied bacon. Was fun to watch. Great video

It was ok, was there about 2 months after they moved into their current location from their foodtruck near McDonalds off 146. They had home made rootbear on tap I think... I remember the portions being very small, so I haven't been back.
