From what I’ve seen in the comments, no one else picked up on this, but Scar calling Anakin’s Revenge “Project Scardust” is a direct reference to Rogue One, in which the Empire refers to the secret building of the Death Star as “Project Stardust”. I love so much that I get to watch a Minecrafter who is also such a huge Star Wars fan.

In case you missed it, Scar, you WOEFULLY underpaid on the 6:49 light grey wool. It's not 1 diamond for 4 stacks, it's 1 diamond *block* for 4 stacks. Buying out the shop shouldn't be 11 diamonds, but 6.5 diamond blocks (59 or 60 diamonds)

For authenticity, in the trench you should put an exposed target block, then use redstone to connect that target block to a core of TNT within the Death Star

Scar, please don't tear out your storage room; it's so pretty. I don't know if you'll see this, or if this is something you're still worried abou, but here is a way that you can turn your existing storage area into a "manual" version of Etho's: Basically, each fill each chest/barrel with Shulker boxes of a certain type of item (stone blocks, for example). You could have full Shulkers, a stack or two of materials you know you will need right away, and a Shulker full of blocks you only have a few of and don't want to take up a full slot (like if you had only a few Chiseled Stone, Cracked Stone Bricks, or something else you barely use but don't want to get rid of). Putting these chests near to their relevant workstation will help you remember which chest is has what before you develop the muscle memory. The stone barrel/chest should probably be within reach if you're standing in front of the stone cutting table. You could also rename the chest/barrels based on what is in them, if you have enough levels and time to spare. Much easier would be using different colors of Shulker boxes that make sense for whatever category of item is in them, like in Etho's mini golf course. Another thing that I have in almost every base is an "In Progress" chest near the door. This is where you could put Shulker boxes full of materials for projects you are still working on/about to start (like how you had several Shulkers full of sand on the floor of your smelting room in this episode). Another chest/barrel you will definitely want is one that contains Shulker boxes and the materials required to craft them. I noticed you have a few decorated pots above the entrance to your storage car. If you leave a block of space under each one to put a hopper, you can store a stack each of Shulker boxes, chests, and Shulker shells. Either that or you could hide a barrel in the middle of the floor or use one of the "countertop" barrels you have set up. I don't know if you'll read this, or if this system is helpful for how your brain works, but it has helped me.

Scar's ability to make art out of glass blocks is amazing to me. Whenever he shows the zootrain i have to pause to look at the smoke to try figure out how he did it. It's like the depth and movement of it is tangible through the screen, i love it. Its up there with the storm above the villager thing last season for me. So cool!!

When Scar said "Nerd alert", he gained my full attention :D It was genuinely really interesting to hear the thoughts behind and details he put in the build.

I swear Season 10 is becoming an all time great. it has a more relaxed atmosphere in all the perspectives and it seems to be a return to form when it comes how the hermits approach making the videos. the hermits just seem so…happy!

Talking about the largest shop in Hermitcraft, I remember Scar build the best underground shopping district that requires so much digging he had to ask other hermits for help. Don't think we'll ever see something like that in the server in a long time tho.

Mayby put some glow lichen on the underside to have it light up a little so that it doesn't look like all the light is comming from straight above it. If you'd cover the entire thing it'd light up at night aswell wich may give it even more of that moon-feel. Putting endrods in the trenches would fill a similar perpous at night, having it light up more :)
