Red Mill otter is a great collectible. Company is no longer in business. Their pieces are made of crushed pecan shells. Highly collectible and vintage. Around $20 or so or maybe more on auction. If it's rare then could be worth more. I have sold several of their pieces.

My husband was a CHP, California Highway Patrolman for many years and he carried his pinchbook in one of those metal clipboard boxes which he, more than once, went flying off of his cruiser. Good memories!

I remember the Pizza Hut lights. Those robo vacuums don’t completely eliminate regular vacuuming. It just keeps down the pet hair and other stuff between regular vacuuming.

I can't believe you mentioned Nassau! My sister's just got back from a cruise yesterday. They went into Nassau and there were armed police posted around the duty free shopping area. And, Freeport Harbour is all fenced in with barbed wirer at the top. The embassy sent word to the ship that passengers were not allowed to disembark because it wasn't safe. Just awful.

My daughter uses those metal clip boards every day, they own a farm and she puts all her receipts in there until she has time to sit down and log them. She also takes it to the barn when they get babies (sheep) she keeps the ear tags in there and a notebook so she can write down the numbers etc and shot info out in the field, then logs them when she gets in the house.

Barrow wood is not the same as that wood ~ There was no grain in that wood in the box. That box is BURL wood. From the Knot on the side of a tree.. lots of curls & circles .. Totally different from Barrow which is split & partly disconnected..

Hello! Love your channel🥰 I just found you & saw you doing a video from a month ago where you had box of Jewelry that you were selling for $3.5. approx. a piece. Just wanted to tell you to look up Miriam Haskell plastic jewelry from the 30's & 40's. It's worth a lot of money & I am sure I saw some in the box you had set aside for random sales. I had on a pair of plastic sunflowers by Miriam Haskell I bought at a yard sale & an antique dealer offered me $175 on the spot. I certainly did take them off & sell them to her lol . Anyway, love your channel! Edited to add they were like sunflowers, not yellow but an off white.

I love watching Goodwill Thrifting. There’s only one thing I get mad every time. Everyone else is Goodwill plays music, has lots of shelves, has lots of great merchandise. Some of them have sales like senior discount day or 50% off day. They’re all very neat and tidy. My Goodwill smells bad, only has one long wall of everything besides clothes. The rest of the store is clothes and 4 bins of woman’s clothes and men’s clothes and kids clothes. The bins are really raunchy and the clothes are twisted together. Plus the employees are not happy people. They want them to put out carts and check people out at the same time. They have to put their carts back in the back and then check people out. I just don’t like going there. I go sometimes and then ask myself why I’m expecting something different. ☹️

@@maxinejordan9609 That's unfortunate, I've worked at Southern Nevada Goodwills that were far better managed. The working hours cleaning might suffer if we were short on people; however, there was always an overnight janitor. Definitely no shortage on clothes in any Goodwill. Manager always emphasized keeping things tidy and organized, granted I worked in the warehouse muscling around and stacking gaylord bins.

You should check & see if you can put mineral oil or some kind of wax to shine it up & give it a nice finish.. Rub it well & shine it & get More Money Quickly.. ~ Yes, Don't mess up Kayla's joorry ~ What ever that is.. Bees wax. I ruined some fine wood with wood oil that had petroleum distillates in it. You're right, he just needs to go for the good stuff on something like that. One time I sprayed down my oak parquet cabinets with lemon oil, and the petroleum distillates ate the glue, they started to fall apart. This Is only why I say something.

The two clear packages Kayla picked up when you mentioned flare jeans looked to be hand dyed wool braids. I couldn't see them clearly, but that's what they looked like. Great for spinners or felters if so. Really enjoyed this video.

we used those tin clipboards 6:35 for tickets and stuff for our trucks when paving, get too many tickets you can put them inside it with extra paperwork so you arent loosing tickets if they drop from too many or doin clock out paperwork for employees and stuff. we had a few of them each foreman. really handy

The things I miss the most about living in a city is lots of work, goodwill bins and DUMPSTER DIVING APARTMENTS! I've found sooooooo soooo much stuff, awesome stuff, stuff you would never believe. When people move in or out the ALWAYS have to leave stuff. I found beats by dre wireless headphones that bump so hard and I have them 4 years later, guitars, tools, hoverboards, gas scooters even. Now I'm way out in the mountains 😔 but at least I'm safe for the apocalypse 🙂

Thrifting is so fun... found my lucky find of lifetime last month... 30 piece dinner set (6x5) of Apilco Reglisse Porcelain Wok Plates, Porcelain Wok Salad Plates, Porcelain Saucers, Porcelain mini Wok saucers, and Porcelain Soy Sauce dishes... for $11.00. Like $800 in the finest dishes, and they go great with my $8 carbon fiber chop sticks from Amazon lol

It’s a Gua Sha Stone for your face. Gives the skin a structured lifted appearance, with more defined cheekbones and de-puffed cheeks.

My dad had one of these while working at a food bank driving the truck 7:00 It wasn't pure metal like this one was, but he had one similar. Would need a clipboard for the papers for the churches and other places to check the product, and sign for it.

One of my favorite finds.. a pirate themed lamp. Very cool some antiques on it, had 2 guys following me hoping I'd put it down..I didnt .. on it. An old Pirate Flintlock..yup...a real flintlock pistol apparently 1960s gun kit. But BEAUTIFUL and real.....got it home.. first thing took it off, only held on with a finishing nail in the butt end. ....40 bucks

I’m from Canada and Creative Memories are great products. They were only available usually through your dealer. It was a home sales back in the early 90’s you would host a scrapbooking class kinda like Tupperware. It was the “new” scrapbooking trend. Their product s stand the wear and tear of time. I still have many of their tools and books and use them a lot.

Okay, the Red Mill otter figure can be collectible because The real warmth and beauty of wood was redefined and given new dimension by artisans at RED-MILL Mfg. A unique blend of crushed pecan shells provided the look and feel of real wood, and each sculpture translated into an exact replica of its original carving. After being carefully removed from its mold, craftsmen highlighted and hand lacquered each collectible for added depth and color. Thus, each piece may differ slightly. Created in a wide array of categories, RED-MILL collectibles offer universal appeal from the magnificence of the bald eagle to the tender innocence of a small child. The original Red Mill Mfg. went out of business in 2001 due to the death of one of its owners. At the time of closing they were located in Fishersville Virginia.
