Its not too much of a stretch actually. I have a friend who manages an oil & lube shop and she had this one customer... this crusty greasy obese guy pulls in wearing a Barney & Friends t-shirt while listening to the "I love you, You love me" song and his car smelled of old farts rotting foods and the like. Clearly the man was on some spectrum. While I wouldn't put Peebs in that sort of class, we can rest assure that there are others out there listening to popular children's tv show themes while driving places regardless what spectrum they may be on. And I'm one to talk, really. I listen to Sonic Mania + 3 & Knuckles ost music while mowing the lawn. When the boss music comes up I pretend I'm Dr Robotnic in one of his many egg-mobile contraptions. HA HA HA LAWN MOWER GOES BRBRBRBRBRBRBR GOTTA GO FAST! HAHAHAHA! I HATE THAT HEDGEHOG!

Fun fact: everGirl was a whole brand that was sold at Kohl's in 2003/2004 or so. There were four different "styles" that had their own symbol: lightening strike, flower, butterfly, star (which you can see on the case of the game). You took a survey online to find out which style best described you then bought clothes that had the symbol of your style. It was promoted by the girl group Play, they had a song and video called "everGirl." It's actually not that bad lol but that's coming from a hard core Play fan. Obviously they had this PC game and there was also a Game Boy Advance version that I had and beat within 48 hours when I was 10 lol. Those were such good times :) I remember I took the quiz and got the lightening strike and was super disappointed because those were more like "sporty" style, and I just really wanted the cute butterfly or flower lol.

Oh, man. Thank you! Thank you, PBG! It's taking me years to find out what that Arthur game was! I couldn't find it anywhere and had no idea what it was called! I used to play when I was younger! I even remember how to music making bit usually goes. Not the way you did it, but much a much nicer sounding tune. It sounds weird, but I knew one day I would find that game again and thanks to you, that day is today! I might be exaggerating a bit about how monumentous this is, but I don't care. Arthur's Thinking Game. What a trip down memory lane that was. Now, I'm gonna go buy it despite how terrible it is. Also, great video :)

I believe that the reason that the catapult was slamming from one side to the other was that your frame rate on a modern pc is much faster than that game and it was probably set to move an amount of pixels per frame and not on seconds which would be compatible for any computer. They probably were just trying to ship this obvious shovelware and didn't try to think into the future.
