I'm not sure why I don't notice what other people are saying about the voice quality, but you come across clear as a Goodwill bell 😂 to me! I haven't noticed any muffled or background noise, either. Great video!

As a person who does pottery.. that missing the glaze is often done intentionally.. it’s where they apply the glaze sometimes heavily to the top edge and as it fires it flows .. where it doesn’t hit is exposed raw vitrified clay body ..

I hope Sanibel Pottery is ok. That area of FL (near Fort Myers) got hit really hard by Hurricane Ian in September 2023. I know people who have still not returned to their homes. Very sad.

The amount of stuff in that store is staggering! I've never been to a Goodwill that measured up to that. In the background I was noticing all the clothing, bedding, purses. Wow!

My sister has been going to thrift stores/yard sales & getting cups & saucers or sugars or creamers & turning them into pin cushions as gifts for friends.... Important for her mental health as her husband of 7 years has now been diagnosed with Parkinsons with ?dementia? - they are not sure if true dementia or not, but has gone from being able to drive a few months ago to not being safe behind the wheel now...

I love the wooden box you found randomly sitting on the floor. The size & detail of it were quite nice. Also, love the lamp. The gold paint chip on the lamp can easily be touched up by the buyer. I really look forward to thrifting with you!

Hey there. The seagull pottery was cool. I think you missed Pocahontas and her horse beside where sleeping beauty was and I think there was a Cinderella more to the left and back a bit. 19:45 🙂. I so would have picked up the Tiki bobble head and the tiki welcome sign Was the small lamp you picked up marble. I wasn’t sure It’s too bad the lamp and shade don’t fit as they were so cute together. Great trip

Nice-looking oyster mushroom it's sitting on. 03:23 Oh, it'd have to be a booth piece. 14:56 I rather think it's another utensil jar. 16:54 I think it went with a vanity lamp. That kind of harp could attach to just about any bare incandescent bulb you want it to.

The Sanibel pottery is from Sanibel Island in Fl… just off Fort Meyers… it’s one of the last few bits of remaining “old FL” … had only a Dairy Queen as they didn’t allow any other fast food or franchises… lots of great local spots to eat tho… however it was decimated after Hurricane Ian and won’t ever really be the same sadly… I’m 100% positive it’s from there…. Oh and it’s also considered one of the best shelling capitols of the world!! We lived in Tampa Bay just a few hours north and loved to spend time there!! We were going to start a “shelling” business just to finance regular trips lol… I filled a lamp with shells… made a few mirrors and frames… lol… still have them and more 🐚🏝️

I have a piece of Sanibel Island Pottery. It has birds on it like the one Jocelyn picked up and I thought they were Sandpipers, not Seagulls.

Same here, it's not crisp and clear, sounds muffled and distorted, hard to listen to and know what she is saying alot. I hope it is just a trial microphone. The old way sounded much much better and clearer.

I think that's the Amish Butterprint pattern, and one of the most sought-after patterns. You were very smart not to put it in the dishwasher.
