***Who is Hannica Rose?
Hannica Rose is the combination of my name (Jessica) and my daughters name. (Hannah) We use to film videos together when I first started uploading to KZfaq and it just stuck. 😃
***Are you a reseller? Do you have an Ebay or Etsy shop?
No, reselling is not for me. I go thrifting for myself, my home and i like to pick up gifts for friends and family. 😁 Thrifting will always be a relaxing hobby for me.
***Why do you leave so many nice/valuable items behind?
I like to share a variety of interesting items in my videos. I only purchase items that I need, or I really love. I try to practice intentional shopping at all stores I shop in. I never want to purchase something for the sake of buying it, just because it was cheap. I'm also not a reseller so there is no temptation to buy items based on its potential value.
*** Where do you thrift?
I thrift all over the central/eastern side of NC.
*** What Goodwill locations do you thrift at?
I thrift at all of the Goodwill locations in and around the central NC area. (There are ALOT) One "Goodwill Trip/Video" can contain footage from several locations. I batch film several videos at once in advance. When a video is released on my channel, usually a week or two has passed since I filmed the footage. I don't really remember which locations certain items were located at. 🤣
*** I saw something I really loved! Will you go back and purchase it for me if I pay you?
Unfortunately, I do not do any personal shopping or reselling at this time. If you see an item in a video its most likely already purchased for the reasons in the last question. ☝ (Merchandise moves off the shelves fast here)
***Why does your Goodwill use marker instead of price tags?
Iam honestly not sure. I think it cuts down on time/turnover (pricing merchandise) and possible theft by removing or switching tags.
***How do you remove the marker prices?
I have never had a problem removing the marker off anything I've ever purchased.
I use the following depending on the material.
-Soap and Water
-Rubbing Alcohol (used most often)
-Acetone
-Magic eraser
-Sandpaper (used the least)
*** What breed of dog is peanut?
Peanut is an 8.5-year-old chiweenie. (chihuahua Dachshund mix)
*** I miss seeing your daughter, will she be in any future videos?

In today’s video I’m going to take you thrifting into Goodwill. I will show you some fun and interesting things I saw while thrifting as well as a small haul at the end of the video. I hope this video gives you some "Thrifting Inspiration”! :)
There are beautiful, unique and inexpensive secondhand treasures just waiting for you. These items can be found at your local goodwill, Salvation Army and other thrift stores in your area. Thrifting can be a challenge but very rewarding and worth the hunt! Some of my favorite things to thrift for are home décor items, name brand clothing, vintage items and anything unique or handmade!

I KNEW you'd get those glasses and that bag! There was so much beautiful glassware at your goodwill today! I especially loved the pink vase you showed right at the beginning of the video. My dad and I went thrifting yesterday. We went to 6 different stores. All in all I got 2 pairs of pants, 6 tops, 1 pair of shoes, 1 purse, 1 book, and 1 basket. A great day!

Hi Jessica, the Pyrex set was missing its small mixing bowl and the set (known as a cinderella set because they nest inside each other) would not have had lids.

I also thought that this Pyrex set would not have lids but the set that Jessica found have a large flat bottom which would designate them as casserole dishes. There is another set, same pattern and similar side "handles" or "spouts" which are nested mixing bowls but have a smaller base. I had to look these up to make the designation. I have a set of 4 nested bowls (purchased new in the 70's and still like new), but without the side "spout-like handles". The pattern is known as Shenandoah. I really like the colour and the nostalgia attached to this set!😊

I like that little leather bag for $6.99 and the little glass trinket container for 4.99. Nice to put rings ot some earings into. The white teapot with blue trim was also very lovely. $1. 49 great price!

My friend has that cake plate pattern in a set of dishes. Its more beautiful than in person. Those glass blown glasses are from Mexico and they are between $5-8 dollars each in Mexico. Those were unusual, they usually are lined in blue. Good buy.❤

Definitely the yellow roses in vase for 1.27(?). I liked the llama plate too. Really loved the vintage pyrex! I would grab the camping percolator too for my grill in case the power goes out. Those glasses with the colorful rim are beautiful and I am glad you bought them!

Great buys , especially the glasses, they are rare to find in the UK but a few years ago they used to sell them in TK Maxx , single ones, so managed to buy several random ones , I love them. The set of 3 Pyrex are a set of mixing bowls. They never had lids. The sides are pour spouts for putting batter into metal baking tins.

I had a Samsonite bag like that in blue. Jessica, do you know if those wooden beads/hanging had a purpose, or were they just some odd decoration? I believe I would of bought the Pyrex bowls, they’re always a useful item to have. Those blown glasses were so pretty and such a good price! You showed so many things I would have loved to take home, even that camp percolator! ✌🏼❤️

I liked that kitchen pedestal with a sunflower 🌻 on the top. Practical and functional....nice trip. I liked the travel carry on bag too. Looks vintage brown style and very classic and stylish at the same time. You can always use that size piece, especially for a day trip to hold all your personal belongings..... how's peanut today ? !! 🌞😁🙂

My goodness,you have the best Goodwill ,I went to the one in the next town n even though its a new store the things they sell are so overpriced n even broken n the shòes are dirty n way overpriced. Guess I will stick to my intown yardsales n my one little thrift store thats only open two mornings a week.

@@Hannicarose no not lately. It's going to be awhile for me ,just got out of the hospital yesterday, had to have a giant kidney stone removed,n when I say giant I'm not kidding. Big as a golf ball or walnut whatever is almost 5 Centimeters. So much pain right now.
