On the school zone signs, it reads 15 miles per hour speed limit. But it also has the words, "No Passing." That means all drivers must maintain the same speed and shall not pass any vehicle.

So let me get this straight... If someone is being "extra" careful in a school zone and driving at 3 mph, you are not allowed to pass them? It sounds like a bullshit law to me. Revenue generation. If I were an Arizona resident, I would put this law to a test. I wonder what the cops would do if I were traveling 3 miles an hour through a school zone.

Those signs are terrible. To much text, there is a lot of information to take in quickly while trying to pay attention to all of the other things you need to while driving. Drivers will focus on the yellow "School in Session" and the speed limit as it is larger.

The signs just reiterate what you should already know from the drivers handbook and vehicle code when you got your license.

Hey those signs aren't terrible anyone can see and read those signs carefully and the road it's called paying attention to the road carefully not your phone paying attention to the road carefully also includes reading the road whole road signs carefully too there is no excuses for ignoring black and white signs if you can't learn to follow the rules of the road then you shouldn't be driving

@@acedriverboi2429 Reading the sign is taking your eyes off the road. You shouldn't need sustained attention to interpret the sign, you should be able to get the relevant information at a quick glance and continue paying attention to what is actually happening on the road. Too much information, and it is all in the form of text which takes more attention to interpret. It is a bad sign to be using on an active roadway.
