4:19 James' face mask is getting ready to fall off, and the art director didn't realize that the glue was dried out. Also James' eyes 👀👁️ are wonky, and David Mitton's hand was shaking with the train model remote control

3:09 The art director made a silly mistake of Percy's happy face mask, while he is going to crash into the wagon of suitcases. The art director should of put a surprise face mask on Percy.

3:44 The strawberry 🍓 jam fell on Percy, the art director took some strawberry 🍓 jam out of the refrigerator, and took a little scoop in the small toy model suitcase

2:32 This guy has black 🐈⬛🖤 paint 🎨 on himself, I guess the art director was in a rush to paint something that he accidently spilled the paint on the toy model of the stationmaster before the Thomas and Friends show starts

For goof 17, that error was only present in the restored version. The original version showed jam actually falling on him.

In the beginning, the source of the smoke is visible. In the final UK version, when the Fat Controller says, "I shall put them [the trousers] in my trunk and change into them just before the photographs are taken," Michael Angelis waits an unusually long length of time before adding, "he said to his wife." When Percy puffs alongside Henry, the track he was on leads to a dead end. Percy is looking down at the trolley right before he hits it. One of the porters' trousers keep changing from green to brown. Percy appears to have derailed after hitting the trolley, but he is still on the track in the next shot. Lady Hatt is seen as one of the people wearing scarves at Dryaw, but she was just seen with the Fat Controller. The trousers are largely out of scale. In the restored version, when Percy passes the canal, he appears to be stopping. In the original version, when Percy puffs alongside Henry, he does not stop ahead of Henry, but in the next scene, he is ahead of Henry. When the narrator says "Thomas and Percy were cold and cross," Thomas' eyes are wonky. When Percy crashes into the trolley, he seems to have run it over after he jumps. However, in the next shot, the trolley is somehow in front of him. Before Percy puffs by the workmen, he has no headlamp, then gains one puffing past them, and it then disappears after leaving. The Fat Controller is wearing his first-second series hattless head. Percy looks happy when he is crashing into the trolley. When Percy crashes into the trolley, one of the porters appears to be wobbling. The crate that was spinning in the air fell twice on Percy. There had been two suitcases on the trolley that were pulled upward before Percy crashed into the trolley. James' face is loose when Percy pulls up alongside him. When Percy leaves after having his accident, the Fat Controller and the passengers do not have jam on them.

there are season 3 episodes that reuse music from the clearwater era recorded on a roland jupiter 6 synthesizer and the season 4 episode bulls eyes reuses daisy's theme from season 2 remixed with e-mu proteus instruments and it was the final episode to use the clearwater era music from the roland jupiter 6 synthesizer.

There is a fingerprint on Thomas's smokebox at the beginning and James starts moving after the chuffing sound begins. Also, he moves away far too quickly from a standstill. Also, why has The Fat Controller pressed his own trousers? I thought he had a butler.
