Documenting the process I went through for folding the wing skin for my Zenith 650 build. The first skin I did folded perfectly. The second skin had a few minor problems, but I think they were due to some mistakes I made. Overall, I consider the process successful. For the small bit of denting that happened on the nose. If you notice in the video, the two closest pieces of sheet metal that I use on my table were overlapped a little bit and produced a ridge. The dent lines up with the ridge. I think during the bending, this made a pressure point that dented the nose a little bit.
