Does your app need to be published to copy the url for the Games App ID? Currently I am only uploading internal test builds and every time I copy/paste the name from the url of my game in the unreal settings I get an Invalid error pop-up.

Then you need to update the game in Google Play store and wait 3 - 7 days and test in different network + device

After add your. Ads on your. Game you need to upload. The google play Store .Then you need to wait 24 hours to show that ads

If you already have your game on Google play Store. Then after add ads you need to update your game on Google play. Then 7 days under then game will show ads
