This was really helpful. Currently using Slack and looking to move to Google Chat for its HIPAA compliance.

Thank you. I've used Slack and recently 🤭found Chat. Chats gets the edge for me because it is available from the Gmail window.

Always a pleasure to watch your videos. I push chat with my teams, but I think we should use a different tool for our conversations with our customers.

And the good big bonus points for Google Chat is the UX & UI that are way better than slack. Personnaly Slack in this way is horrible and a solution as Discord is way better than Slack on every aspects.

شكرا لك Damson اعتقد ان التطبيقات المتعلقة بنظام جوجل هي الافضل دوما ، وان كانت تفتقد بعض الخصائص ولكن تطوير الأنظمة لدى جوجل سريع جدا ويتوافق مع تطور التقنية وربطها مع تطبيقات اخرى

the potential issue I see is being able to communicate with organizations that are not using the Googe platform or using slack themselves.

External communication is always a challenge when using a specific system. Many organisations are driven by what tool makes sense for their internal Comms but also what some of their major customers use. We primarily use google chat internally but some of our technical team use slack to communicate with customers who leverage slack instead of google chat. This exact issue is why email was invented! A single communication protocol that everyone could use. - Fintan
