I always manage to find your videos only after my interview is done LOL. I wish i learnt about STAR before my interview, i kind of didnt give a structured answer. If only i watched your video, i would have used STAR and maybe used this framework to give a better answer. Hope its not too costly for me :)

I've been waiting for 1.5 months for VP/headcount approval. I've been team matched / HC before the layoffs, however, my recruiter does not know anything since the VP still didn't approve or reject the application. Any clue what is going on? What are my chances?

Hey Jeff, I interviewed for a Google STEP internship (from US) a couple days ago and I have been forwarded to HC. What are my chances of landing an offer? I am just anxious and worrying if I might be rejected from this stage. What usually happens in case of interns?

@@zwischenzug910 Nobody can give you a percentage answer because it depends on the role, number of candidates, business priorities, etc. All of these items are 100% out of your control, good luck!
