Yeah @remmer you get more hooksets just giving it a strong lean into. There are times a decent hookset is warranted but cranking down this hard on a 1 pound fish is going to wreck it's mouth and probably pull the lure out

Lake Como is not in the best of neighborhoods, but I have been fishing it for years. It has good bass in there. The most productive spots are where you were in the second clip by the spillway and all along that side of the lake.

You should fish in my area of Texas. You can catch some toads in Tradinghouse Creek reservoir which has loads of species of clunkers, or fishing the dam of lake Waco, where 60-70lb blue cats have been caught

Idk how far you usually drive out in Texas, but there's some pretty decent sized bass over in the Houston County Lake, Located in Crockett, Texas. Caught a 6 pounder out there. Pretty good hits every time I've gone, Recommend going with a boat!

BRO! this video motivated me to go bass fishing for my very fist time ever! I went to a local lake and went to the store to get some bait. They had googan baits and I used the bandito bug! I CAUGHT NOT JUST MY FIRST LARGE MOUTH BUT I CAUGHT THREE!!!! I used everything I saw you doing man. Thank you so very very very much. Wild- did a google maps trip today in central new jersey (really weird spot around Princeton / wish i could post a pic...looks like the movie 'IT') Anyway - 3 casts in had a blow-up on a whopper plopper 130 that felt like an angry midget yanking the rod outta my hands...so for jersey i think it was probably like a 3.5lber - lol....I missed it. Nice video dude 👌 I always watch the vids on my break at work and before. Although we don't have bass here in New Zealand we have lots of trout! Always fun to learn tips and tricks in all fishing. Sea fishing and rock fishing can be awesome here if you come back to NZ should hit me up for a kayak snapper/king fish trip in the bay of islands !!

Check out all of the ponds (3-4) that fall in line with the Adriatica pond you fished in McKinney. They don’t look like much but they are stacked. The adriatica pond has some decent fish (I saw someone pull out an 11 pounder, weight confirmed) but they were out on a kayak. That pond isn’t productive unless you’re out deep.
