I will not be fair to you, if I don't drop a comment seeing how much this video has helped positioned my business in Google search and Google map. The video is so helpful that the moment I applied it on my GMB profile everything changed for the BEST. My business is ranked amongst the highest in the Google search, easily seen on the Google map and easily accessible on the Google platform using different keywords that relates to my business. And less I forget, it also helped once I applied the main business category and subcategory correctly. I will definitely keep tabs on you.

Hey Luc, great job you did again. Can you please tell me your suggestion to the following: Customers can visit my office and I drive to their office too. Do I need to add in the „service areas“ also the cityname where my office is located or just cities outside my office location? Thanks!

Hi Martin. Thanks. If you are servicing client at you home you need to specify your business exact address. Additionally you will need to add the areas you service thought the use of post code, city name , region or others. Hope this makes sense

Google My Business has been a major ranking factor for so many years already, not just for 2020. 😁 It's only gotten stronger over the past 6 months due to the extra features. There's always a rhyme and reason for what Google does. 😉 So many have speculated on the pay to play aspect of GMB for many years ... I don't worry about it. 👍

hi Sir...its a great video. Thanks a lot....i have a question. Formerly i just claimed my GMB and fill up basic NAP info...and my GMB was ranked top 3 in my local area google search. Last 3 days, i was posting updates like photos, videos and any extra info to my GMB. and i was surprised when my ranking fell terribly maybe down to top 11- 13. is it normal for my GMB to fell in ranking after i updated things ? as what u said, in other videos.....updating the GMB will make the ranking higher. Please sir, can u pls highlight my mistake ? or how can i contact you ? thanks a million.

Hello Sir, i need a help in knowing the post offer in GMB example: if I'm managing a restaurant listing on behalf of restaurant owner and want to create some offer (ex: 15% off on all the cuisines) and also set the coupon code with external redeem link (ex: google pay link) . so how can I Track or monitor the coupon codes, applied while purchasing through google pay link or google pay QR Code. If you have 5 legitimate locations ie with distinct postal addresses and phone numbers then it is recommended you create a listing for each location. It won't water anything down. It just requires more work to maintain them all

No doubt you do but remember that your GMB name must reflect your business name otherwise it is against google's guidelines

hi Omrie If you registered your business with an address, I believe with some GMB services and categories you can choose not to show the private address. or if you have a invoice address you could use that.

Could you make a template for asking reviews, for business that are a service business that wont have the ability to collect emails as it is not that type pouf business. i.e. using text.

@@rankingacademy Oh by negative result I meant negative content (e.g., negative comments, articles, or blog posts about someone) that appears on Google Search Results page.
