Bro , I want to use 3 years a phone . Which one should I buy ? Pixel 2 or 2xl .... I have shortage of money so I will not effort upper pixel versions . Please consider camera quality, battary backup , bugs issues and tell me .

I think from these two Pixel 2 XL is a better option but if you can buy Pixel 3 it will be a lot better in every aspect

Yes it can easily perform all the basic day to day tasks but not optimised for heavywork and gaming . Charging time is around 1.5 hours and it varies
