Thanks so much for this video! All steps were very clear, and you covered the edge cases. I just did this yesterday and it took about 45 mins using a hairdryer. I also used B7000 glue which worked great (and I presume will be more watertight around the lens and fingerprint sensor). Apparently it does come off using heat, so hopefully if I drop it again, I will be able to repeat the process. Thanks again :D

Hi, I've just repaired my pixel 3 with great help from your video. There's a slight problem, the fingerprint sensor isn't working anymore, do i need to do anything? The settings for the fingerprint sensor is gone as well...

If your camera is all wavy and can never focus, does that mean the camera is damaged or is it an effect of a damaged back glass? My back glass is smashed near the camera

If you remove the back glass and the camera is still malfunctioning, then the camera is most likely damaged.

Aliexpress is your berst bet. I got one for $12 AUD which is really cheap for Australia and it actually came within 2 weeks and was glass and identical to the factory panel.
