The Flex cable of the power switch is the Problem. I had the same problem. Cleaning of the cable and the buttons with Isopropanol solved the problem.

Question for you, my Pixel got water inside it from the port area. I don't think it was in the whole phone,but could be wrong. My battery life is bad. Every 2 to 3 minutes the battery percentage drops. For instance, it will be at 70% and then 2 minutes later drop to 69%. Then so on. It's just bad battery life compared to when I first got the phone. I had the battery and port charge changed. I am still experiencing problems. I really don't want to get a new phone. So, is there anything else to consider to replace to improve my battery life? I can't figure out what it would need to be replaced to get my battery life back to where it was (which was great). Any ideas?
