Thank you so much. My new google pixel 7 pro froze then did weird things when I tried to correct it. I followed your instructions, held the power off buttons for almost 50 seconds. It worked! Can't thank you enough!

Thank you!! my screen was black and even called someone and I had to say "sorry, my screen isn't working and called you". not to mention I just payed for new screen to increase my trade in value for the soon to be released Pixel 7 pro, so it was panic inducing! probably because when apple products glitch, its near impossible to fix!! you have to make appointment, they take your phone to the back and are the only ones who can fix it. Some PTSD shit 🤣🤣 but I just held the power button for what felt like a minute and it finally restarted! Google is so much better, I even have a smart home now 😍😍😅😅 Thank you for your fix and solutions! much appreciated. Hope you are well, Luca.

I rang emergency accidentally TWICE. one time they didn't buy it as my kids were running around screaming and playing. They had to talk to the oldest one and make sure they're ok.. 😏😏😏

I have a 6 pro and the screen randomly went black. I could hear it was on bc it would ding when i got a message and it even made an accidental 911 call. This worked perfectly! But still not happy with this phone. Why are pixels so glitchy??

You damaged the actual display panel (under the glass), and almost certainly can't repair it without replacing it.

The worst device I ever had. 3 years of issues, problems, battery drain, replacing the charge port, finger print sensor stopped working.... now mine has become a brick that won't charge anymore, and I bought an iPhone 15 pro max which is much better and no issue so far. never pixel again for me, the crappiest phone I've ever owned
