In the past week, I’ve been testing out the new Google Pixel 6a and I wanted to share with you what my experiences have been…and you might want to stay till the end to hear what I have to say. I will review everything I don’t like about the phone and see if it outweighs what I like about it.

With the price tag being half the price of many flagship phones nowadays, is the quality half as bad, or is it surprisingly good? I'm considering the Pixel 6A. I'm currently still on my beloved Xr which ios 16 totally ruined it. I've had the Pixel 2XL which i've really liked so therefore i'm strongly considering returning on Googleland experience park.

I had a 2XL, 3a, 4XL, 4a, & 6a. I'll say the updates Google does speeds up the phones. When I gave away my 2XL it was great(the battery didn't last as long since it was used when I purchased it). All others are good. Maybe Apple's software is by design to screw up your phone so you'll buy a new one.🤔

Small suggestion, don't say "hey Google" in your videos. Also, I understand people being upset about wireless charging missing out, first out of all still with the current tech wireless charging is inefficient way to charging your battery - you lose some energy in the form of heat, and heat is not good for your batteries either, and Google Solution for that is adaptive charging, so just have morning alarm routine and you can plug in your phone all night, it will charge till 80% fast and then slowly keeps charging the rest till your morning alarm. Best way to charge for your battery health. And 60fps is not an issue at all, it's just one of those things people want without even realizing they don't need it. And this phone for 299$ is the greatest bargain ever. And finally, this phone doesn't need a paid promotion, that good the phone value is for the price

The best review I’ve seen on the Pixel 6a 👍 Considering one to replace my faithful Samsung S7. Flagships have got too expensive now and Samsung’s A series are just a bit too big so looking at the Pixel 6a.

TBH that new google clock alarm stop interface just sucks i got used with new alarm stop interface few month ago and now they came up with new interface soo annoying when you are in sleep alarm rings you just dont know where to swipe right or left and ifyou swipe snooze it just irritates after 5 mins and again swipe on wrong direction

I am confused between pixel 6A and Samsung S21FE , i am getting both these phones close to $350 here in India , what do you think ?

If the choice was mine I would choose the Samsung S21FE - better refresh rate, better screen, wireless charging, comparable camera performance and almost similar battery life. In most markets the FE is more expensive than the 6A. So if the price is the same, its an easy choice in my opinion.

After the mkbhd blind camera phone test I'm even more confused as pixel 6a won it and my priority is camera especially one that is closer to reality, capturing accurate colors so what will you suggest? Not after the software update which seems to have fixed the heating issue. I do notice it occasionally heating when charging which is not unusual with phones.

i had purchased pixel 6 few months back the selfie camera was so bad for me pictures were so graniy and low quality multiple people are facing same issue. i ended up returning my pixel in the end, do you notice the same in 6a?

Yes, the 6a has the same front camera to the 6 and I have found it a bit grainy. You are unfortunately not going to get a better front camera with the 6a. Let’s hope the 7 has something better to offer. Good point raised though!

It's not necessarily because it's just a Samsung chip, The main issue is they have two main cores pretty much every other phone only has one main core so I think the Pixel phones having extra horsepower that other phones just don't have. That's more of a reason why these phones are overheating. But yes, Samsung only exynos chips are pretty bad. At least Google showed Samsung how to use their own chips lmfao!

I don't know about everyone else but I have the Galaxy s20 Plus 120 Hz panel and I don't see any difference between that and my Galaxy S10 which was 60 Hertz between my S9 which is 60 Hertz between my pixel 4a which is 60 Hz can someone please explain to me when it's ever relevant besides gaming because otherwise I don't game You know I don't play phone games that that's for children who want to scream Fortnite all day long and that's great for you but I really don't give a s*** so I and I saw no difference at all and I'm like yeah this is just stupid and I mainly use my phone for like KZfaq browsing but the KZfaq's capped out I believe it was 60 frames per second so I just don't see any point to it

Unfortunately, I wouldn’t know about availability in India. I did hear that prices for Pixel phones in India are slightly inflated which is a pity since the 6a is priced quite reasonable in other markets. Heard Axis Bank holders in India get a discounted rate though. Might be worth looking into that. All the best mate!

nah...allow me to correct you...this is not a budget phone...this is a midrange phone...a budget phone goes for 300$ maximum....not over 450$... In my opinion Tensor is kinda trash...they need to improve it drastically. Lenguage recognition is just fine crafted algorithms...they could implement it on other phones if they wanted to

I agree the phone is technically not in the budget space in many markets. Here in the US there is almost a nonexistent market for budget phones under $200. And this is the case in many markets. The 6a is $299 as of today which is very competitive.
