Atleast Ashwini Vaishnaw ji should give Or share credit of UPI with UPA govt who actually worked for digital India without filthy marketing. Proof of my comment is National payment corporation of India NPCI which owns UPI was started back in 2008 and UPI was introduced in front of the UPA in 2012 by RBI with a four year vision of implementation which came to us as UPI in 2016. So if Ashwini ji is not a cut throat politician then only he could have balanced the idea of samagra karya. But he want to eat the cake alone, that's sad.
