I agree with PowerPoint vs. Google Slides when creating! I don’t get the fuzzy images when I save things as a picture and set it as the background in PowerPoint. I find PowerPoint to be far superior to Slides.

Check out edit master slide on google slides to “lock” the background and keep picture integrity. I watched pocketful of primary do a video on it and it changed my life! 😅🤩

I usually plan my slides out and create them in Canva. I save them as a .png file and they’re super clear when I set as a background in Google Slides. Then I only have the movable pieces that I want my students to actually be able to move.

This is great. Thank you. I am trying to make a 'find the differences' worksheet that I'd like to use as a powerpoint game but can't figure out how. Do you know I can do this and make it self-checking?

@@BeccaDavis thank you. I made something else using this method. I wanted to make a game where you would find all the differences before moving on to another slide. I'm not sure if that is even possible. I'm thinking of a game like spot the difference bar game.

How to make sure students can not resize the answer icon ( shape or picture) ? I mean the movable icon. Also, how do they know their answer is correct?

I don't think there is a way to do that. You can have an answer key on another slide that is linked
