We finally have it back! Our twin turbo audi r8 has been getting worked on for over a year and now we can fully enjoy it. There are a few things we do need to fix however, especially since this sucker has been wrecked before. We'll get it, stay tuned!

Hi guys, great to see the R8 back. Just noticed at 23:25 that one of your rear tire is mounted inside out. Have a look at it, it could have bad consequences at high speed. keep those builds coming guys.

Happy to finally see the R8 back! But guys, PLEASE! PLEASE! Properly torque the centerlock wheels on the Porsche 911 before you keep driving it! A few ugga duggas from the impact gun are NOT enough for those wheels, they have a very specific torqueing sequence to make sure it never comes loose, just call the dealer for the proper torque specs or watch a video on how to do it properly.

Ya they will blame themselfs before they call out Alex for doing such a sh!t job and not treating them like they should have been treated Alex should have givin u guys more attention then he did let alone he shipped the cars and it broke the tranny with power number no were near the braking point of that tranny anyways sheepy is so overrated it’s unreal and they show no love to the ppl that help them get more builds they treated dde like this by the end when dde gave them shout out and helped them out huge some ppl deserved to get called out Alex is one that always acts like his sh!t don’t stink

I'm just glad you kept it classy and didn't respond to the disrespect shown by sheepy. They didn't have to slander the car like like they did especially knowing it was an incomplete rebuild being done in a backyard garage (at the time). They could have chose to complement you on the progress with minimal tools and pointed out mistakes and or things you can still improved but they chose slander....fuck them and their sheep followers.... they had the car for a year which is ridiculous! You as their client were patient with their work process and them moving locations but they chose to repay that with disrespect. That's life though, you live and learn, it's always good to see how people truly are so you know who to stay away from and not to get involved with in the future. They damaged their own reputation when they could have used the opportunity to gain. Anyways I'm glad the beast is back and we can see it being completed in the new garage with the new tools.

Glad to see the R8 back in its home! I think it's pitiful that Sheepy returned it to you filthy and with some pretty significant issues. I'm sure you guys paid a lot for the repairs and for them to take over a year to do the repairs and for them to return it like that is unacceptable.

Im surprised sheepy didnt even bother checking to see why the car was wobbly after each pull. I know they were paid to fix the transmission and motec but still. Diagnose and possibly an easy fix. They were quick to assume frame damage due to accident history.

Time is money for auto shops. Why waste time fixing something you weren’t paid to do? Thats like going for an oil change and getting pissed because they didn’t fix your broken CD player. Waste of time. Any issue that the car had when Sheepey received the car was not on him to fix if it wasn’t on the bill.

When you re-build/do re-work. Good idea to get a paint marker of your own color, and when you go through for a double check and double check the torque on all bolts and nuts, paint a littl line on it to show yourself you did it twice... This way you dont miss an important bolt being lose, like your suspension that could drop out while driving.

It's embarrassing it took them over a year to fix a transmission and install Motec, and couldn't even be bothered to check for loose bolts and even wash the bloody thing. I would peel that Sheepy race sticker off immediately. The fact it took them over a year to do the absolute bare minimum they were asked says a lot about their attitude, and them as people.

I’m sure it has more to do with content creation, these KZfaqr contracts are always more than meets the eye. Also people need to understand that places like sheepey aren’t “mechanics” per se. They aren’t Audi technicians, they make turbo kits and bolt them on. They don’t do alignments. I have an R8 and if my issue is outside my turbo kit I take it to an Audi tech.

everyone. did you all not hear them? They said Sheepy told them it was a death trap. and gave the boys a list of things to fix and go over. you can tell there were no hard feelings about them keeping the car so long. Rear tyres aren't installed correctly, the rotation direction is off on one of them. You can see it when you reverse off the alignement machine

Those tires are like that. They don't make different tires for the left and right, so the tread is reversed. Kind of odd. Toyo Proxes R8888R.

nope, they are asymetrical, that is true, but they have an outside and an inside. one of the rear wheels has the "outside" in the inside. the groove in the middle should be mirrored , but the threads would be reversed direction to each other

Another excellent build guys ! R 8 is sick but ….. Scary is the perfect description of what it is . That’s a race car and if you’re not going to race it makes no sense as a daily driver. I’m sure that you can get top dollar for it with all of the mods and tuning in it !

Sheepy would of easily fixed the pulling problem is they took the car to get an alignment like they originally wanted too. it’s kind of wild that it just sat around for a year collecting dust. Sheepy is as legit as it comes I think Alex just didn’t want anything to do with b rouge. He kinda did screw the boys on this one tho say what you want but he had the car for over a year and they literally fixed the transmission like 2 weeks then it just sat around. Something’s not adding up

Yup. I feel that’s what it was too. Just didn’t sit to well with Alex having the r8 in his shop with a b roque kit in it. You can tell they didn’t put any love into it. Enough to stamp their name on the side of the car like they did (the sticker).

Here is my take on the whole situation. B-Rouge built this car. It was in a bad accident. Goonsquad bought it, repaired it then damaged the transmission. They sent to sheepy to fix now this is where things get wonky. Alex Soto is very proud of his company and what they produce and he is also not a fan of “you tubers” and that stems from DDE. so Alex only agreed to make the car run. He did not want to touch what b rouge did because he would be held liable. Alex would have to start over to be able to warranty the car. Alex doesn’t like KZfaqrs cause the whole world sees it and pushes him in the comments. Not to mention they all want something for free. Alex is a no bs kinda guy. What bothers me about this is you can see clearly he didn’t even give a shit enough to wash the car when sent back. How could he miss all those loose bolts and not to mention the time frame. Now if goonsquad paid them from the get go to build from scratch I can guarantee the car would be perfect. I think goonsquad needs to slow down and pump the brakes and get this car right before they kill themselves. Elazar is not a good driver and neither is Simon. Nor do they claim to be but they have zero experience with a car of this caliber. No one wants to see them. Crash or get hurt. This car is not a weekend fixer upper. This is a serious HP car and it will make their wife’s widows if they don’t chill and get the car right. This might be above their ability and that ok. Be humble stay alive guys. Please. For your family sake. Don’t be the you tubers that dies from a poorly assembled car. Get help. Many people out there that can do it. Make a series on it and recoup the money its costs. We will all watch it.

Shitty had it for over a year and couldn’t even do the alignment they requested. Probably would have noticed a few loose bolts had they of made the slightest effort. Poor look on them. Didn’t the goon boys trade the work for a Hurrican engine?

Good to see it back. But the fact they had it for so long, they should have went the Ekstra mile to sort the last mechanical stuff, so you get the car back fully functional. As a customer I would not have bought a service from them again. Just my 2 cents
