I’m a Phish fan from 91 on(46 yrs old), been to countless shows, and I fucking love Goose!! They have more potential to thrive and grow into the next staple of the scene that all other bands will be compared. No they aren’t Dead or Phish, but we don’t want them to be. But they have the potential to be mentioned in the same breath. They could definitely be the Dead/Phish of my children’s generation.

If it looks like Phish and sounds like Phish, it could be a Goose! I agree!….been a deadhead since 1986. Goose played “One more Saturday Night” when I saw them in Hollywood in Jan. I would not call them Indy Groove like dem youngsters do. They JAM! And again, the “modern” similarity of Phish, puts them in top of both Phish and GD! I am in love with Goose!!!!

I would imagine so! This one was certainly a gem 💎. I unfortunately haven’t made out it yet. My planned 2-3 night run fell through last year. :/ Really hoping to make it soon though… haven’t seen much live music in quite awhile and I’m long overdue.

I haven't had as much anticipation for a show since I'd seen SCI in Kent way back in 1999. This show (and the band live) exceeded my expectations. I'm very excited for the future of the scene now that these boys have arrived. I knew they "arrived" after I heard the Cleveland show I missed two years ago in February. There was no missing this show. Absolutely sick as I listen to it again right now. So glad this night was captured just the way they do. Well done. 🙏

I go all the way back to the ‘80s Dead and Phish 1.0. Goose is for real. A lot of bands have great players that love playing together. But that only gets you so far. Goose has melody, and melody is what separates artists from players

On rewatch, it's even better than I remember. Segue to Myst was a little weird with the tempo but those last 3 songs...Old Man's Boat > Use Me, and finally, Dripfield, all help solidify this show in to something special. Slick gets ins some good (subtle) effects, including a little reverse. He basically just eviscerates his solos here. Each tune, each jam, seemingly better than the last. We're also gifted "shaker jams" and some more well placed chimes. Jeff, always in sync with Ben, who nearly destroyed his kit again. The Great Stoic One (Tweekz) is assaulting my senses in the best way possible. I can almost feel the percussive sound waves hitting my chest. Peter is clearly getting a kick out of it all and he's 🔥🔥🔥 throughout the whole gig. Whether it's the piano, organ, clavinet , guitar. You name iit, Pete will gladly show you how it's done!

@@brianherr9787 I'm not doing anything to jeopardize my marriage at all. I went to Atlanta and Charlotte which are around 2 hours away for me and Asheville is about an hour. All these shows just happened to be close together. I would 100% travel more for them if I had the time and money to miss work and go. I'm trying to figure out how to go to Wilmington and Raleigh over the summer but it might not happen.

Just starting to get into these guys. I heard Atlantic city and thought it was one of the best songs I've ever heard. So can you guys give me some good tunes to ck out. Honestly spent last night listening and I haven't found a song that really gets me going. Musically they're fantastic, obviously but I'm just looking for some of they're more up tempo songs. Point me in the right direction. Thanks
