Remember Goosebumps? Now it has a comic book series that modernizes some of its classic stories, with modern tweaks.
Here, I review what I consider to be the better of the modern Goosebumps comics by IDW, Goosebumps: Download and Die.

nice review sad they really let it down in the end btw well they made new stories i will really like to hear your opinion about them

I actually read the new stories, but didn't like either of them. They just seemed to have less going for them than this comic, which had a lot more things happening and more surprises. Stuff like the werewolf comic, that was just 5 issues of barely anything happening. Tbh, this was the only Goosebumps comic I really liked.

@@daytimesky reading only the preview pages and seems that way, what about Just Beyond and the Graphixs from scholastic? in my opinion they should do more of them

@@daytimesky that series by Stine at Boom Studios they keep getting books out so they must be onto something and apparently it may get a tv adaptation for disney+, still not come around to read them (not out in my country) but i like the art

@@Charly6241 Hmm, maybe I could check it out. But making reviews takes a lot of time, and I haven't felt motivated to make a video in a long time, unfortunately.

The creeps were barley in it even though they were on most of the covers, also keith and sybil wicked feel shoehorned into it

I agree. I wish it focused on its main story and stuck to that instead of shoving in popular villains from the books.

Daytime sky I have two theories to explain to goosebumps Theory 1: goosebumps and the matrix take place in the same universe Theory 2: they are actually dreams just saying? And those are my two theories do you like it yes or no?

Why would they take place in the same universe as the Matrix?

Daytime Sky because it would literally explain every thing franchise like the plot holes the unknown Origin stories of some of the villains end it also explains literally every single story has a twist ending it would make so much sense that goosebumps and the matrix take place in the same universe!

@@robbiemcinnis5582 I think Goosebumps stories don't necessarily take place in the same universe as each other. That would explain inconsistencies the most, and allow them to get away with them.

Daytime Sky i'm not saying all books are set in the same universe each other I'm just saying that there set in different constructs of the matrix it would make so much sense that they're set in different constructs of the matrix it would also explain the pocket dimensions in the books they wouldn't exist in real life they're just different constructs of the matrix and also explain why almost all of the monsters are bad guys there programs that are programmed that way it would also explain the movie (which is a real world episode) what if the real world from the movie isn't the real world but rather another construct of the matrix it could explain the cartoony things the matrix is sort of program that way
