I started off with the Hero 3+, loved that thing, then Hero 7, Hero 9, and now the Hero 10. The Hero 10 is such a huge jump from the Hero 3/4 you'll be blown away!

I got the HERO10 as an upgrade to the HERO8 and I'm well in tune with how they work, but for any beginners out there this video is amazing for an introduction! I couldn't find anything near as comprehensive and useful when the HERO8 came out, enjoyed the video!

Easy as. Thank you. Best video I’ve seen. I’m a newb. Just picked up my first go pro ever. Yeah, I’m late to the party. This video was key. I have ADHD and was able to actually watch/learn in this tutorial without wandering off after 2 min of rambling. Short to the point all killer no filler. Thanks. I think I did good going with the 10. Seems like all I need without spending more for the latest greatest. All I’m using it for is Mtn Biking / racing DH. So thanks again. Cheers.

Thank You Kym, long time! Well, it really depends on what you use it for. The quality as you can see is a step up, it looks clearer, sharper, just more natural, and if it's stabilisation you're looking for the Hero 10 really does a much better job. You too Kym, take care!

Hi .. Loved it. Simple and easy.. 1 feature I didn't see is it doesn't show you what you've taken on the screen? (pics and videos) Older version go pro let you delete/watch what you've captured on the device but the 10 doesn't?

Hi Philip - great video liked and subscribed. Can you help - I previously had 2018 GoPro now replaced it with a Hero10. Used to always just shoot and go with the 2018 and the light was always good. I have a waking channel so mostly hiking on the mountains. I’m finding my new videos on the hero10very dark; compared to the 2018. Can you recommend the best setting for light or is there simply a standard mode that should optimise the light automatically for me? Thanks Mark.

I'm looking at the GoPro 10. To me, I'd keep the setting of 4K recording instead of the 5.3K. Does the 4K recording differ any differently, as in the size of the recording compared to 5.3K? I think 4K would be the standard I'd keep. Go Pro 10 is the one I can afford but I'll need to save up for it.

Thanks for the helpful tips. I am looking for a good camera (picture and video) for my upcoming vacation and future travel plans. I really hope I can find a tiny camera case like the one you showcased. You mentioned Ulanzi but there was no link in the description that I could find. Nothing on their website either. Perhaps it is no longer available which is a shame because it is perfect.
