If you look close at the decks on the sides you can see tubes that the cables go through that hold the desks up in the finished project.

It warms my heart to see Gordie’s name being forever remembered. This bridge is much more extravagant than the one we named for him in his hometown of Saskatoon, mind you, ours only crosses a river.

How did you get the footage to be so steady? I know the camera is on the boat, but the boat is bouncing up and down, while the horizon is steady.

Image stabilization. Its a feature in the camera.

In short, greed. the Ambassador hasn't been properly maintained by the "Moron" family as some locals call them, majority of us take the tunnel for this reason.

From what I have read online the Canadians are paying for the bridge 100% and can build at the pace they want. They will be repaid in the tolls booths on both side until they recover the $$$ it costs to build the bridge... after that I am not sure!

Canada had a major head start due to all the land was in place before even starting, where as the US side had many obstacles in the way before they could, mainly buying the land and one of the main obstacles was the 'maroun' company own some of the land that had to expropriated and also all the re-work of I-75 interchanges is massive.
