One may not necessarily know a foreign language having lived in the land of it and French is spoken in many European kitchens is probably why Gordon mixed languages. The effort to speak the language is often appreciated by the native speaker. Genarro the head chef and owner after tasting the lemon pizza, said beautiful, tres gentil and in Italian asked if he could add it to their menu!

This is perfect for Gordon. He never cooks his beef so finally taking my suggestions to go to the farm and eat the cow right there in the field whiles it's moving. Nice and fresh.

Ceviche is done in most countries just called differently. And I disagree with Gordon here. Diced is not the only way. You can even ceviche seafoods like small shrimps when fresh.

Because barstool morons dont get to determine what makes a good pizza and crunchy burnt pizza is only an American thing. Pizzas can be floppy and delicious. In fact, many italian pizzas are made this way.
