My guy, he literally said fast food, frozen food, average food tastes like garbage, don't get me wrong fast food is garbage but most fast food tastes amazing. His palette is just top tier/refined unlike the average joe like the rest of us. Prime and any other hydration sports drink just taste normal/fine. It's a status to buy one, pretty much saying "you've got money" if you have one

I tried them all. They’d be great if they weren’t so sweet. I could literally only drink a mouthful from each bottle. I watered them down so they were tolerable and turned them into what they should have been sold as.

Same! I could only handle a few sips at a time, I think its because they are all American right? Only KSIs version is made in the UK I believe, the Americans make their drinks ridiculously sweet. The American Fanta flavours have about 30 grams MORE sugar per can than the Uk versions, its brutal. I only thought that something could be so sweet if it was one of those industrial liquid glucose gels.

Exactly. Every Prime bottle needs to be significantly watered down. That’s what I expected when I tried blue raspberry prime for the first time. I expected something reminiscent of maybe Caprisun, but nah. It was like drinking a melted popsicle. It’s just too sweet. Edit: And for the record, I am an American. Sodas and certain juices are meant to be sweet, and I was sincerely hoping Prime wasn’t one of them.

Ice pop is horrible. The other ones aren't too bad (Lime is the best imo). I can see how the flavors are too strong for people especially the older you get. I remember my dad reacting to drinking an energy drink like it was straight gasoline one time lol but to me they taste amazing. They're just very sweet and sometimes bitter

Oddly enough I tried prime a few days ago and I thought it was so unnecessarily sweet and had this weird aftertaste that I can only describe as a chalky taste. This video pops up in my recommended and I feel satisfaction knowing that Gordon has the same thoughts as me for the drink.

Most people who’ve tried Prime even normal people say it’s really thick and too sweet in a bad way. IMO it’s interesting they market it as healthier but it has a very processed/corn syrup taste.

I exercise regularly and havnt had gatorade, powerade, or any other sports drink (including prime) in a year. Prime is always stocked in my local grocery store. Might give it a try if it isnt expensive

Idk. For the price I’d say they’re not worth it. They sell for 5 dollars each here. However if the price was reasonable, I could see myself drinking them more. Personally liked 3/4 that I’ve tried, which was ice pop, tropical, and blue rasp. Decent taste, but not worth 5 dollars a bottle.

I’ve tried only red and blue prime. Red tasted like medicine and blue was alright but honestly mid. Tbf I’m not a big packaged drink guy, I only really drink water, tea and occasionally dairy drinks or beer 🤷‍♂️

Prime is not disgusting. But, it taste like flat soda. You know when you pour kool aid powder in a water bottle and drink it. Imagine that, but it somehow taste slightly worse.
