I have rheumatoid arthritis can you suggest anything to get the excess water out . I have made this for years and love it but with my RA I just don’t have strength to get the water out. Thanks

Was sadly disappointed in the flavours. The sauce helped massively but all in all, it wasn’t as good as I thought it would be. It has a rather bitter taste. I do however like the concept so I’m going to play around with different ingredients and try again. Thanks

Vegetarians don’t eliminate all animal products, only meat. Vegans eliminate all animal products

@@dirkudo1075some people around the world consider eggs and fish meat but will drink milk and normal cheese, such as myself, like a high vegetarian life but not vegan

yes. Vegetarian is no meat, Vegan is no meat, eggs, dairy or whatever.

I guess it's ok if you just drink all that vegetable juice he calls "water". I hate to lose the nutrition. And bread crumbs? Folks are so gluten intolerant today. I would just add some rice or quinoa flour instead. Add an egg and perhaps keep the water if you are not a vegan.
