Bernardo is the most humble black belt I have ever herd talk, this guy you’d think he was a nobody if to passed him in the street, 6x world champ and zero ego, that’s the biggest lesson for everyone

I’ve only just started watching these BJJ fanatics videos and I honestly thought Bernardo was like a white belt who discovered a business opportunity and had connections somehow to get all these BJJ players to make videos. I had no idea of what you wrote above about him being a 6x world champ.
@DontbeanNPC

@@markopolo6640 yes, he's an amazing black belt multiple time world champion as already stated. He's one of my favorite Jiu-jitsu practitioners but he's retired now from competition. Look up his pressure passing and over/under pass. It's brutal. So simple yet so incredibly effective at the highest levels even.

Using your inner leg to keep their outside leg out of the equation seems like a key detail. It takes aways their de la riva attacks and other transitions. A very important detail that's easy to neglect in drilling I think
