INGREDIENTS 1 pkg pizza dough (Tiseo, Delallo, Trader Joe’s, any kind you like) 8 oz. shredded mozzarella cheese 6 oz. grated romano cheese 2 Tbsp butter 2 Tbsp olive oil 2 cloves garlic, grated DIRECTIONS Preheat oven to 350 degrees. If you’re using frozen dough, let it thaw and rise a little. If you’re making Delallo or any other store-bought dough, let it rise a bit before using. Add the olive oil to a casserole dish to grease it and then add your dough to the dish. And spread out evenly as best you can to make sure it’s taking up the whole dish (the olive oil with make this a little tricky, but take your time). With the tips of your fingers, gently press down (like you’re typing) on top of the dough, just enough to make cute little divots into the dough. Melt the 2 Tbsp butter and the grated garlic in a small dish, then brush evenly on top of the dough. Top with Mozzarella, all the way to the edges of the dish, evenly. Then do the same with the Romano cheese. Bake for 30 minutes and then check to make sure it’s golden brown. Turn the oven on broil and broil for ONE MINUTE - no more than one minute or you’ll burn your cheese and cry into a casserole dish, wondering what might have been. Once the minute of broiling is done, it will be golden brown with a few bubbles on top. Please dip into marinara or, even better, ranch dressing to enjoy. Tell me how it went Jets pizza breadsticks recipe leaked

Hello Sir, huge fan from India. I would like to share a different way to cook basmati rice. I know you wont be reading it. But its for other people just in case someone wants authentic indian way to cook it Take a cup of long grain basmati rice, soak it in water in a bowl and rinse remove the starch. Do this thrice, dont do it too hard or else grains might break. Soak it in water minimum 30mins - 1 hr( more is better) Take a pot fill it with water, turn on the heat, put 3-4 cardamom,1 inch cinnamon stick, bayleaf, 4-5 cloves, cumin seeds, half lemon or 1 tbl spoon oil( just so the rice wont stick),salt. Cover the pan High flame bring that infused water to boil, boil that water atleast 10-15 mins Then drain the water from the rice and add rice to the boiling water. Let the water start to boil once again, then turn the heat to medium and Cover it. After exact 8 mins turn of the heat. Let the rice stay on pot for 30 sec. Drain the water, spread evenly the cooked rice in a plate. Let it rest for some time, remove the big chunks of spices. There you have it perfect basmati rice.

@@yo_who nope. No such thing as a risotto that was prewashed, the starch is needed for the binding of the dish. Risotto is an internationally beloved dish. As long as you properly source the rice and not use preservatives and all that it's fine to eat. You're just showing complete ignorance about food culture outside of your comfort zone. It's like how Indian people wash their rice AFTER cooking because the pesticides don't come off before the rice is cooked. What part of the world you're from and where the rice comes from determines the preparation of it. Sorry for your ignorance.

I actually prefer Texmati to Basmati,it has more flavor but I can't get it where I live now.I think I would prefer a shorter grained more tasty rice.I've cooked rice since I was a kid, don't know why it's such a puzzle to people they need a machine to get it right. If your pudding has rice as soft as tapioca I would love it.If it has that awful graininess though, yuck.I can tolerate a bowl of steel cut oats for breakfast but not grainy rice pudding. One of my"I feel lousy today so pantry special for dinner"standbys is Rotel tomatoes with green chiles, canned chicken and cooked rice.Wonder if Gordon could chef up something better because that's actually pretty good.

For anyone who has troubles cooking basmati rice 1. rinse rice 3 times, 3rd time mix a little bit of vinegar or alcohol with water to rinse 2. Drain the rise and let it sit for 10 minutes atleast 3. add half a spoon of oil to rice 4. Boil water before adding rise or heat up the rise before adding water (if using cold water) 5. If you're not using a pressure cooker the rice "may" take more than 20 minutes depending upon on the quality of the rice and temperature of stove, don't be panik if it's not cooked in 10 minutes❤️
