Twilight went “oof”

My take on the new death, in tie with the others: Twilight was having a ceremony- whether it be a holiday or crowning Flurry Heart, it doesn't matter. Most of her friends were there. Rainbow Dash would do a Rainboom to give the gathering extra oomph. Sombra took this golden chance to assassinate Twilight. In front of thousands. Rainbow saw her fall from the sky and sped down to catch her, in some vain hope to save the princess. Rainbow's speed killed her- ripping the flesh from her face. The shockwave from the intense Rainboom could be felt throughout Equestria. It flattened most buildings and trees nearby. Apple Jack was the third to die. She'd been picking apples for the celebration when the tree fell upon her. The noise and chaos caused Fluttershy to loose control of several dangerous animals she'd been bringing to the show. They mauled her and stampeded. The other two died died later. Rarity didn't even make it to the funerals. She grieved by obsessing over her work. No fabric was pretty enough anymore. She looked at her own beautiful mane and concluded it would become a splendid dress to pay respects to her friends. She died from blood loss, and since she'd been isolating herself, her body took weeks to find. Pinkie Pie's hanging corpse was found only days after Rarity's funeral.

Honestly, Sombra didn’t get his proper villain arc. He was an extremely cool design(almost all Mlp villains have awesome designs) and I really like this headcannon. Your headcannons and art make me really wish Mlp was created for much older audiences and allowed gore, death, and heavy handed topics. Well.....guess that’s what Aus are for! (Edit: Yeah, commenting early sometimes gets me a few likes, but holy lord, that’s 845 likes. Thanks for that.)

This makes me like twilight’s new design

My story: Queen Twilight Sparkle, the only living royalty of the conquered lands. She was loved, appreciated, and showered her subjects with hope. Today was a very special day, once every 100 years, the sunset would glimmer and shine a beautiful gold. The eminent would cast a spell that depended on their personality. The Queen walked to the balcony. Her hooves clicked on the ground. Twilight gazed among her subjects with tired, yet excited smile plastered upon her face. The Queen opened her wings dramatically, making her subjects gazed at her beauty in awe. With one powerful flap, she took to the sky. The ponies below cheered and stamped their hooves on the ground. Queen Twilight Sparkle began to cast the spell, but something dastardly struck. She only heard the panicked screams and cries of the ponies below. Her back began to feel heavy as she felt excruciating pain in her stomach. Her eyes widen, and the wind brought tears to her eyes. She fell gracefully to the ground and landed with blood curdling thud. She gasped desperately for air, but felt nothing in a matter of seconds. At last, the top eminent has been murdered. Sorry for any misspellings, I'm honestly really freaking tired

The sun was setting, giving off a beautiful mix of orange and yellow. It gave the perfect look to the festival that was taking place in Canterlot. Ponies were cheering as music played, waiting for Princess Twilight to emerge from the castle and do a magical spell while flying high in the sky, the spell was going to be a huge purple firework that could be seen even from Ponyville.. for some ponies there were also expecting the gorgeous spell. Trumpets sounded as the Princess strutted out onto the balcony, smiling at the cheering ponies. Princess Twilight took a step back, and with her wings she flew upwards into the sky elegantly. Ponies watched in awe as she flew, Twilight closed her eyes as she prepared her spell. But before she could, she felt a huge sharp pain in her abdomen. She didn't even realize the ponies below her were screaming in shock and fear. The pain was unbearable, tears formed in her eyes as she glanced at what was causing this horrible pain. Dark grey crystals that plummeted through her stomach.. and her wings. Realizing she could no longer fly, she began to fall down towards Canterlot, as she began to scream just like the ponies below her were. She fell face first into the festival grounds, she died on impact. Blood was everywhere, as the grey crystals grew on her body more and more. Consuming her whole, until all that was left.. was a grey crystallized dead Princess Twilight.

I'd like to think this is the aftermath of Twilight's everlasting reign after all of her friends have died due to natural causes. Maybe Sombra has been waiting for another opportunity from the shadows waiting to take Twilight out but with her friends still alive they still posed a threat to him. Yes Twilight is a barer of one of the Elements of Harmony but unlike Celestia and Luna who could bare all 6 of them, Twilight's element is just magic. With her friends gone and no one left by her side except Spike I would think this would be an optimal time for Sombra to strike. P.S I love this one, can't wait to see what you do for Celestia! well heres how i imagined it went it had been 20 years since twilight was crowned as the ruler of equestria. she and her friends each had grown and head down many different paths, each one driven by their heart's desires. twilight was not exactly content with what she had, so she resolved to spend time, a brief period, to reflect slightly if the life of a ruler was truly what she wanted. deep down, it was fact she was bound to the role, but she could dream of never even having the responsibilities weighing her down all the time. as she paced slowly across a meadow, the setting sun streaking a pale indigo sky with a thousand shades pink, red and orange, a figure watched from the shadows, eyes glowing a menacing green. hatred crackled in the air surrounding king sombra as he watched twilight's progression with power-hungry eyes. when she was barely metres away from where he lay concealed in the shadows, he struck. twilight heard the sudden rustling of the grass and spun into the air, taking mere splitseconds to pinpoint a pony staring up at her. an evil face she knew only too well. sombra. the king's horn shone with a black aura as he drew from the air a spear and took a cautious yet swift aim. twilight only knew one thing. she was hurt. badly. the spear pierced her cleanly, blood dripping from the hole it had drilled into her flesh. she released one earsplitting cry of pain, spiralling into the ground. in the splitsecond she was in the air, her face twisted into pure shock, horror and fear. her eyes glazed with fear, her muscles paralyzed. her heart beat madly, as if urging her to survive. but it was all over. she hit the ground, on her side, impaled by sombra's spear. a final display of the hatred felt by the shadow king, we could say. (oh gosh, this is probably horrible hh)

The entirety of Ponyville witnessed in horror; their beloved princess impaled by the crystal spear. Her royal blood soaked the grass beneath, her face in pure shock. She plummeted to the ground, crashing into the bloodstained grass and dirt. Everypony was screaming in shock and disbelief, as their light of hope was extinguished. Shining Armor never forgave himself. I guess that’s why he followed soon after...

Okok- hear me out yall- After the death of celestia (wont spoil who killed her ;)) ) Luna had gotten banished to the moon by sombra in his quest to rule over equestria. Candace was no longer an option ever since her death. Twilight had to do something about it. She had made herself the ruler of equestria in her challenge to protect everypony from sombra. While flying across the sky to look over ponyville making sure everypony is safe, sombra had struck twilight and killed her. She had flown down toward the apple farm and caused the tree applejack was bucking to fall and crush her. Seeing this, rainbowdash used her rainboom to quickly rush over and try to stop sombra. In the process, she could feel her entire face burning off and all that was seen in the sky was a corpse flying down fast. After rainbows rainboom, rarity had dropped her knife while cooking food and saw the fur cut off. She screamed before running to her mirror. As she had looked at the bloody mess, she had realized it ciuld be material for her dress. She had began to slice off every bit of her fur in hopes of making a dress so perfect. Instead she had bled to death. Fluttershy had tried calming down a bear nearby after the terrible loud noises, however because scared animals are typically violent, they had mauled her instead. Pinky, the one knowing all of her friends deaths had decided suicide would be the answer. Sombra, not wanting equestria to know they're in grave danger, had covered up the deaths by making models that looked like the mane 6. Making everything seem as if it was all for green screen. However, the truth is that sombra is ruling equestria. Coughcough and an idea for sombra could be him in a throne with corpses everywhere :))

The pony walked two steps forward and showed he was a man, clothed in what seemed like something rârįtÿ would make.... *“STOP RIGHT THERE-“* twįlïght screamed until she realised... _whats his name?_ He did have a care in the world he grabbed a ball of some sort and grinned as big as pįńkíëpíē... *“whoops! Has someone FORGOTTEN MY NAME?!?”* he threw the ball at ãppłëjäçk... _screams... as loud as thunder_ *”looks like the apple has ROTTEN!”* he stares at other ponies sighs and flies to a high mountain... Twîłîght flew straight up to see the sunset and realised who he was... _@&#*¥0:+(#_ He used his magic on another of his black balls, and stared at twïłîght as she flew perfectly in line with the sun... *”ya know I wanted a harder fight.... but seems like I’m just fighting TARGETS!!”* he threw a black ball... _hitting straight at the back... just as hard hitting as someone being backstabbed_ -T H E E N D F O R N O W -*-MWHAAHHAHA!-*

Twilight was soaring through the sunset, heading to Rarity's Boutique. Rarity had asked her if she wanted to join her for dinner and Twilight was delighted to join her. As she was soaring through the sky, she noticed it was a bit darker than usual. But she didn't think much of it, as she wanted to spend time with her friend. All of a sudden she heard a swooshing sound below her. It wasn't long before she felt a sharp pain flow through her body. In little time, her body started flushing with darkness as the crystals of King Sombra took over her body. They were attached to a giant spear that he had shot at her. She looked down from where the spear came from. And her eyes widened in her own defeat as she saw him. King Sombra. Staring at her, smiling a great evil smile. The crystals covered her wings and then she started falling with a shreik of terror. She started to cry as she peered over her kingdom one last time, and at all the horrified faces of her people; her friends. And Sombra. She shut her eyes, awaiting her death. She smiled. *THUD!* This is how I imagined it 😅

This one is beautiful and haunting. It looks as if she had been fighting long and hard to beat him, but ultimately failed. If the crystals grew enough outside her body than they had to be growing inside as well. It must be terrifying to know you have been beaten, to feel the beautiful gems causing your flesh to tear and crackle and open your mouth to scream but a crystal is all that comes out. To die in a place of beauty, surrounded by crystals that would be sought after- and to die knowing that no one will have heard your mute cries. (I love this one so much 💕💕💕)

This remind me so much the things i used to see since "Party for one". All this gore stuff of the ponis, the theories, fan arts, creepypastas, etc. Actually, this remind me some AUs where Twilight is killed, one of youtube named "Once Upon a December" and one comic in the future of the series where the student number one of twilight killed her and married her son to be the Princess of Equestria. Twilight was so tired. Tired of feeling all her responsibilities weigh her down, so she went to her one solace. The one thing that calmed her. That rid her of pain and stress. She went to the sky. Flying with ease as she bathed in the light of the sun. It was pleasant at first until a sense of foreboding overcame her senses filling her with anxiety. "I've felt this before." She muttered softly as shadows seemed to rise from the ground enveloping the field and some of the sun, she sensed more than heard a low chuckle come from underneath her. "No!" She cried out as a spear made of shadow and crystal was thrust at her sheathing itself inside her skin and used the warmth to spread crystal and pure agonizing pain throughout her body. She held in a scream as the king of shadows laughed maniacally below her enjoying the look of fear and pain play across her features. the once regal princess fell from her plight dead and limp at sombra hooves. "Now,who's next?"

The Deaths (inspired by Summer L) Twilight and Rainbow were racing when suddenly something hit twilight and she started to fall! Rainbow raced down to get her, the skin on her face ripping as she went faster than she used to Twilight fell with a thump and Rainbow followed. Rainbows face was ripped off and blood was everywhere Meanwhile Apple Jack was bucking apples when she looked above her and blood hit her face she looked to her side and a tree hit her With the rain boom it had scared some of FlutterShy’s pets, who where hungry, got scared and trampled FlutterShy then after they ate her. Rarity was cutting some food when the rain boom happened and cut herself with that pain well she loved it and kept on going till she died Last was pinkie pie she tied a rope and took her last breaths... (sorry for any spelling mistakes)

This would be her first summer sun celebration as the ruler of equestria. Unbeknownst to twilight and her ponies it would also be her last day alive." "As twilight raised her hooves into the air and her magic moved the sun sombra made his move, pulling his cloak down from the aged face he now wore. Sombra concentrated his power slightly ahead of of twilight position. The crystal would grow slightly angled, with twilight in the center of it all." "Twilights keen eyes saw the movement of the hood, and she felt chills creep up her spine. She knew that horn and those eyes. But the worst part was the horrendous smile on his face wrinkled beyond recognizing. And them she felt sharp pain she toppled to the ground. Sombra had what he wanted as his body and the last bits of his mind fade into nothing. Sombra only wishes that he could see the aftermath.
