That was never a 1v3, it was a 1v2 at most, at no point does he fight 3 champs at the same time, then add the fact that lee was lvl 7 to his 11, and veigar was lvl 10.

Buying anti healing against Aatrox is cool but it's all boil down to whether you can dodge his skillshots or not cause he'll still actually heals alot if you just blindly ram into him with the confidence that you're having an edge. You're not.
