Holy smokes Jakfilm!! Thank u. I rarely sit through a 30min tour without skipping. Didnt skip once. Sensational boat. Excellent walk through. Blown away by t whole thing. T engine room layout was exceptional. Whoever purchases this will have a Cheshire cat plastered on their gob for a long time. Thanks again 🍻

Isn't ATIS a weather information system? Not a waterways?

@Paul_C Hi. No, ATIS is a code, similar to MMSI, and a VHF procedure used in inland waterways in Europe, primarily in Germany, as far as I know. The same acronym is also used in aviation, but I am not knowledgeable about that kind of use.

It's 62 feet/18.9 meters. $925,000 is around 850K Euro. I don't know the tax situation in Spain - VAT has been paid, but I do not know if it has lapsed as she is now owned by a non-European.

Sorry to see the rusted chain, that is not good maintenance. Cannot comprehend why the starboard aft gin seat had to have the whole, sloppy solution, for whatever purpose it has served. This is a big boat, so the equipment has to be in line in size. The interior looks in shape, boat lightly used and cared for.. The engine room in good shape. Looks like upper bunk bed for pilot berths can be erected upright to creat a settee down below. That massive, massive hatch is for escape, that is why it is massive😊.

Can you elaborate on "starboard aft gin seat" and sloppy solution? I don't know what you mean. As for the chain, they all rust in sal water. It's what they do, then you replace it every 5 years or so.

@@Jakfilm I believe it should be 1:23 of the video, the aft startboard seat can be seen and I have noticed they drilled a whole right in the middle and some kind of cable goes thru. As to the anchor chain, yes they do rust, but you take necessary steps to avoid this much rust. Actually, you have them galvanised again, you do not throw them away. If the chain is rusted this much, then there is a chance that it may break, leave away negative effects of rust on deck and on the other elements of the anchor mechanism. To make the long story short, one should never allow such rust in any part of the boat..

@@salimerdem7544 What you're seeing in the helm seat is a cup holder, I believe. The piece of line going thru is just coincidental. There are few, if any opportunities to re-galvanize a chain in the Caribbean. What steps do you suggest one take to avoid rust on a chain?

@@Jakfilm well, for the present one, it definitely needs a acid bath, through check and galvanizing. Of course, friction eats away the galvanization through time and you need to galvanize periodically, depending on the condition. Other than that, by having fresh water washes regularly my prolong the period. I realize the boat has enough fresh water capacity, so washing the chain while picking up at certain intervals will help. Your point of glass holder hole duly noted, when I saw the line going through, I thought it was some kind of a quasi solution; which I find awkward and not respectful to a boat like HR, assuming it was a sloppy afterthought for some purpose.

Some critisism: sooo many features, sooo many things that can go broke, murphy‘s law says it will break. And furthermore, is thare anything wrong with the boat. It seams a rather subjective walk through, and a seller is speaking

There's no doubt lots of features, and lots of things to break. That's the nature of sailboats, and the larger they get, almost invariably the more sophisticated and feature-rich they get. Nothing noteworthy is wrong with the boat that I am aware of. There is no seller speaking in the video, the presenter is me, the broker for the yacht. I am a bit subjective in it as I am in love with the vessel. Everyone who sees her falls in love.

So when you use the boat, all of these covers become a pain in the arse to remove and store. It is obviously not used as a cruising boat.

What covers are you referring to? The boat is a full-time active cruiser as we speak.

I have never seen a boat that is cruising, with covers over the daily used equipment. What the hell is wrong with you, did you just change from being a used car salesman?
