Not many of these homes feature a home gym or a place for pets. But this indeed is a stellar home! Love the fact that it’s traditional with a formal living and dining room.

Now, this was one incredible luxury farmhouse! I think this is the best open-floor plan I've seen that still somehow doesn't come off as cold or too McMansion-y. The sculpture fireplace surround was just jaw-dropping. The bar as the centerpiece was perfect. And it's about dang time we see an impressive stairway in these upscale homes! Great use of color throughout. The kitchen space was very nice, but I agree it was light on the cabinetry. Just a minor adjustment though. I think I'd go with the bonus bedroom plan and maybe even the loft option on the 2nd story. I like to be able to use the ample space.

Texas has tornadoes. I am from utah we have very little tornadoes due to are mountains they don't survive. We do have worry about earth quakes. Mountains are beautiful here. Wendy Thompson.

Hi Timothy, The window is called a "Bow Window", the staircase is a beautiful modern take on the old-style dual staircase. I think Every banquette/built in bench should have storage, unless there are some sort of mechanical or electrical items under them. We have one in our bedroom, and we use it for heavy blankets, extra pillows, etc. Also, Every bathroom should have drawers in the vanity, at least 10" wide, whether they top the cabinet or are stacked. As you are going through the house, I am trying to imagine how I would dress the windows.

I live in SE Alabama and we get the tiniest tornadoes and they are kinda rare. We get more Hurricane activity than tornado. And even then it’s light lol. You guys should be safe 😂

You may have jinx Oklahoma by your tornado statement. We had 12 tornadoes on Wednesday, 19th. The town of Cole and Shawnee have the most damage. Unfortunately three people were killed.

This is a luxe design. The floor plan is amazing. This is definitely an entertaining home. I didn’t care for the dual staircases, it’s a waste of space and I didn’t care for the white brick wall in the family room. From a distance, it looked like a painted outline of a fireplace. The kitchen was amazing but the accent lighting under and over the top of the cabinets was a bit too dramatic.

I like to look at all designs but I am not into the farmhouse look. Don’t care for barn doors and I think the stair way looks like homes they use to do back in the 80 in these huge mansions. I did love the vaulted ceilings aspects that of the design was beautiful lots of windows.

The floor plan is functional for a large family and for entertaining, though the exterior of the house is overdone with too many gables and a conflicting mixture of styles.

We have fences. Structural Bricks are unnecessary and too expensive for residential construction in the US. If we need to make a house withstand a hurricane we just build it using just cinder block.

Si bien es bonita, hay muchos puntos en contra: -los armarios de la cocina son muy escasos y a mi parecer feos. -la despensa diminuta -tantas mesas para comer ,sobran - el cuarto de lavar? -el patio o jardín ,pequeño. -el vestidor del dormitorio principal es escaso. Definitely designed by a tract home builder, not an architect. Clearly from all the “I love this house” comments we’ve lost touch of what makes something beautiful. The outside of this house is absolutely hideous. Anyone with any type of design background will drive past this house and laugh.

way too much wasted space and bizarre design and interior decoration. why giant staircase for just the kids to go upstairs to bed is nuts. and those massive areas upstairs, everything open to everywhere....i can imagine the noise all over the house. def a let down compared to the outside
