Жыл бұрынOregon State is the land of volcanoes with a staggering number of 61 volcanoes in one state. South Sister at 10363 ft is the 3rd highest point in Oregon after Mt. Hood (11250 ft) and Mt. Jefferson (10500 ft). South Sister is an amazing climb. Incredibly beautiful volcano. Lovely crater that reminded me of Mt. Rainier. Not a difficult climb. We did it from the trailhead to the true summit in 4 hrs and 30 mins. The views are spectacular. 100% recommend this hike/climb.

Hello Cadillac, it was nice meeting you today at Fremont. Planning to do Glacier peak and Baker in the future. Maybe you should add glacier peak to your list, I dont see that one here. Anyways, love seeing all the variety stuff you do. Keep it up.

Great storytelling. I came across this because i also posted my footage from hiking this same mountain, a month befofe! I love that you spoke to the camera, and added information along the way on time, miles, and current elevation. Im taking notes. Im curious, what video equipment do you use and what what’s your choice editing software?

Oh Thanks 🙏. I actually used my IPhone 12 for this and a selfie stick! I also used iMovie on my iPhone for editing!

Thinking to summit Mount rainier next year. How was your experience with RMI? I have never climbed from camp Muir to summit in one shot. Need advice. Thanks!

I have climbed with RMI 4 times. The key is to be in shape. If you are fit and you have trained well, you will summit. I will make a video about how to prepare for Rainier.
