1st time watching someone react to Autobahn. I bought it on it's release. Love Kraftwerk and followed their career ever since. Their earlier albums were more acoustic but also experimental and brilliant. They became one of the biggest influences in Electronic music. Their 1981 album Computer World is my favourite. Saw them them live in their later incarnation. Amazing visuals and a great show

Instruments: The Flute and the Guitar is real, the bass is a synth. Another classic instrument they used on this album (not in this track, though) is an electric violin (a violin sent through electric guitar gear.) - it's the last time they used non-synthesized instruments.

What a lovey review and to get an insight into where the music took you. I must confess that this music came as a huge suprise to me, remember the single in the seventies and was shall we say, ‘very straightforward’ but this was a great listen and took me down memory lane, loved it

Wow this band were truly amazing. This is the first track that I ever heard of theirs, so I shortly went out to buy the album and all of there other albums. I'm a big fan and was also lucky enough to see them live in the early 80s during the time The Model was performing well in our singles charts.

Danke GP. German pioneers of electronic music and light years ahead of their time. Beautifully warm and rhythmically hypnotic sounds. I last saw Kraftwerk in concert at a packed out Brixton Academy. A standing only venue, that soon turned into an unforgettably magical and happy sweaty disco of synthesizers and compulsively danceable electronic sounds. Kraftwerk ♥️🖤
