+Patricia Fisher I'm not sure about her being mean, I simply feel that she doesn't know me, she has ordered from me but does not know me like many do! So its possibly a misunderstanding of what things are like for me at the moment until we get the help I need :( You see, there are those that buy from and watch my video's and keep up-to-date with what I'm doing and those that buy from me because they happen to come across me on line somewhere and no nothing of me! Then there are those that do know me but don't understand the enormity of what a busy busy store I have and what it takes to run it as smoothly as possible. Anyone running a store that has time for different groups, other projects, swaps, friends, blogging etc etc DOES NOT HAVE A BUSY BUSY STORE like ours is!! I'm literally spending the 16 hours a day doing orders from a couple of items to orders having 50 plus items. A handful of orders of normal size is fab, but we surpassed that months ago and its getting busier by the day! We love it of course, we thrieve on it but that doesn't mean we don't get tired etc. I squeeze in everything else like ordering materials for the store, researching for new goodies, doing the odd tutorial, amswering emails, messages, phone calls, dealing with suppliers, taking a pee lol lol lol. I think once we have the unit and move everything into one place, get the help we need, I may just get a chance to work an 8 hour day for a change! Thus, giving me time to craft yeahhhhhhhhhhhhhh lol :) xx

+lynn williams Shipping depends on how much weight there is but I have over a hundred US customers that buy from me every week to fortnightly. Small packages can cost up to £5, larger ones then set in weight lots. If you go to the store www.jenningscraftsboutique.com you will see shipping details there as I copied the Post Office's leaflet for you to see, giving weights and prices :) Its helped a lot of folk like you that are not sure of costings etc. But for overseas, it is better that you order in bulk rather than small quantities. Example: A parcel weighing under 2kg is set at one amount and then it goes something like 2-5kg at a set amount and so on :) Shipping can take by Royal Mail up toi 4 weeks but if tracked it can take less than a week and its more likely NOT TO GO MISSING!
