The last part, from where Elton John sings "the phantom is coming," where the 3 are singing together with all those delicious harmonies and parts fitting together so nicely, is brilliant. I didn't think they could top Strange Timez, but this one is genius too.

The Phantom is happiness. 2-D is singing about how much he misses the good times, 6black is remorseful of the happiness he lost, but continues to keep the memories with him. Elton John is singing about the acceptance that the happy times he experienced were fleeting, but he has hope that he'll get those times back. Meanwhile, instead of using song or healthy conversation through music, Murdoc is trying to catch and imprison the Phantom. He's never truly been happy, and the only way he believes that happiness can be attained, is by capturing it and holding it for as long as possible. (Thats my take on it anyway)
