The both hand follow the same chord progression... however the chord voicing ( the specific way you play a particular chord) may differ according to your taste

I'd advise Beginners to learn common Progressions first. Just pick any popular chord progression e.g 6-4-1-5 , learn how to play each of the chords in the chord progression properly and practice playing songs that use that Progression, you can use my videos to know some songs that use it ...

In my own opinion,In most cases the 1-5-2-4 isn't commonly used in praise songs, except, sometimes some of these worship songs with 1-5-2-4 progression can be converted to praise songs by increasing their tempo(speed)..
