I'll explain it for you - The person asks for a discount and the shop owner says you can use CRED to get cashback but the person does not have CRED and asks what if I use normal UPI. Now the shop owner says since you don't have CRED, I'll give you a discount if you come home and perform while me and my friends gossip. The person imagines this scenario and decides upgrading to CRED is a better option. Here "upgrade" is emphasized, as if there is something lacking with "normal UPI" which leads to a feeling of insecurity in the viewers. It creates FOMO (fear of missing out) which will lead to gullible people downloading the app and then there's cashback which we all know is a sham.
