Kati how can you expect a child born in USA or U.K. coming to Uganda to live there? They like to come and visit but not to stay. We have mentality that to be seen as successful you have to build, no matter whether you have papers to travel or not. They all think they’ll retire in Uganda Kyoka when they grow old, they can’t go to Ug kubanga they want to be next to good hospitals not kukadiwila Ug.
